It is some great stuff. You find it in the pharmacy section at Walmart. It is the same weight and consistancy as real sugar so you can use it in baked goods that really depend on sugar for volume like pound cakes and such. It is wonderful. People can honestly not tell the difference. They have it in regular and brown. Melissa
