Friend needs info re: wls garment

Hello to everyone! I trust all is well and each one of you are being blessed anew everyday! One of my dearest friends had gastric bypass surgery last month; she is wearing a band around her abdomen area the doctor instructed her to wear when she is mobile. She said it helps her feel "pulled together"... The one she has worn since surgery is pretty 'well worned' and she really needs another one... does anyone have any idea where she might find another one or garments similar??? Also ... I have had my initial office visit with my surgeon and am scheduled to return for my endoscopy and to have a vena cava filter instered. I have to purchase my cpap machine for sleep apnea. After all this is completed I will then meet with my surgeon again and hopefully a surgery date will be set. Keep me in your prayers!! s keep you safe, Wanda Mack

The band really does help, I am glad that Docs in the US are finally getting smart. The first time I used it was in Asia and I healed so great! Your friend can probably use a weight lifting belt, you can buy at Wal-Mart. It is about the same width, and is adjustable, It does give support. Good luck with your appts. Cheryl
