After having a breast lift and leaving no breast tissue, I solve the problem this way: For shirts/blouses/ tops that fit closely..... wear a lightly padded bra. Put bra inserts in but turn them UPSIDE DOWN. Really makes a difference in the look and they DO NOT feel like you are carrying water balloons around. I got mine at Dillards for about $12.00. This is much cheaper than those from medical supply store. I don't wear these every day now yall ----just on dress up days or when the top needs a little umph. When yall see me don't ask me if I have my "friends in my shirt" LOL HEE HEE HA HA!!! Yall already know I don't have a belly button. That was one or the discounts in my skin removal deal!!!
