I decided to look at my BMI because of your post. I'm in SHOCK!!!!!!!

Before surgery I weighed 376 w/a BMI of 64.5 ~ Super Morbid Obesity category Now I weigh 228 w/a BMI of 39.1 ~ Obese category Biiiigggg difference there & in only 361 days at that. Plus when you consider that I've been down & unable to walk/exercise since Feb. that is VERY GOOD. Luv N Huggs, Tammy
