I finally gave in to a craving.
I FINALLY gave in to a craving and had some chicken pot pie.
I was so afraid it would disagree with me but it WAS SOOOOO GOOD. No crust just potato, noodle, chicken and thickening. Only about 2 tbsp worth.
Yesterday nothing agreed with me except 2 SF fudge sicles. And lots of water.
Today I am trying to make up for what I didn't intake yesterday.

I ate chicken pot pie quite a lot in the beginning, cause it wasnt greasy and tasted good. Do not feel bad. Just do not pig out. I also had creamed potatos, clear soups like chicken and rice or chicken noodle, and crackers, which were a life savor for me. I could not tell you how many packets of nabs i went thru at first. SF popcycles also were so good. You can also try slices of lemon, water and splenda. Tastes great!
Keep trying and remember that weight does not come off rapidly, it is a slow process, and you need to eat properly, you WILL lose the weight.

That was a pretty good craving to give into! I wouldn't stress over it. I'm glad it agreed with you! It's still scary for me to try new foods, and I'm over a year out!
I will tell you though that one day something will agree with you, and the next it will make you sick as a dern dog!
