I do lots of baked fish - mostly buy a big box of whiting filets at Walmart. I use Walmart brand cooking spray (butter flavor) and Grill Mates citrus grill (tastes kind of like lemmon pepper), then bake at about 400 until flaky and still moist. I am fixing an omlet this morning with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese. Will bake chicken for supper tonight. It's hard to find nice light things to eat sometimes....Good luck. D.

This may not be light but this is what I eat a lot of lately. I make pimento and cheese with fatfree cheese and light mayo with the pimentos of course. I love it. I eat about 4 saltines and a big spoon of that. Also a lot of boiled eggs. Stuffed eggs and egg salad. In the mornings I eat a 2 egg omelet with cheese. Add ketchup and tobasco and I am fixed til 12. I usually go our local hang out and get that with the kids at around 7 am. Coffee is something I am stuck on too. Several cups a day with equal. I enjoy rice krispies with equal too sometimes. Just some idea of what I eat everyday. Hope this helps. Tuna salad too. Love Jane

Have you tried the new Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal. The maple and brown sugar is TO DIE FOR! Smells just like oatmeal cookies coming out of the microwave. 1 envelope=1g sugar, 7gms protein and 6gms fiber. YUMMY!

V-8 juice is good when you feel hungry but want to control calories. I also eat a piece of 7 grain bread with a spoonful of peanut butter on it. It really stops the hungries and isnt too many calories. I eat a lot of fruit these days. Peeled apples, cantelope, watermelon, peaches and strawberries. If it is not as sweet as I like it, I put a little Splenda on it and let it sit in the refridge for a while, then eat...... It is good! Fruit salad with a little orange juice and splenda for the dressing is good and lite..... You can steam veggies too, they taste great, no fat and no carbs (well almost)...... Cheryl
