'HELP HELP'

I need some relieves. I been haveing soooo much of gas pressure bloating' and bloating and discomfort help.What do I need to do fast.Lol it feel like I'am going to have a baby.Help

gas x is my friend. I keep it always handy!!!!!! It works great. Hope this helps some. Amy
