Good Moring

Hey everyone, Hope yall have a great and glorius day. I was just sitting here about to go clean the car..before I get the kids up for school. Have to drive into la this morning so I better get it clean. Just had a cup of coffee..and it tasted so good. This is only like the second or third cup I have had since I had surgery but it tasted so good. Usually dont ahve time to drink a cup of coffe..but i just told my husband I am goign to make time..lol Well hope each of you have a great day..talk to yall soon.. Missie

It is a glorious morning !! Stepped on those scales and it show 48 lbs gone in 8 weeks. We all went to last night by 8:15. I woke up at 1:20 thinking it was time to get up. Went back to sleep and was able to get up at 5:30 without wanting to beat the snooze button to death. As for cleaning out the vehicle...I trashed it out into a box during my lunch break yesterday and then went to the car was and let them was the van. I just can't get use to drinking anything bu****er. Cold ice water. I use to drink about a gallon of tea with Sweet Thing or Sweet Mate a day. Now tea doesn't taste as good as it use to. I have gotten to the point that I can gulp the water and not just sip. Cheryl
