Update on My DH

Jim had his surgery yesterday and everything went well. He was supposed to go home today, but he awoke with nausea and vomiting this morning. They kept him in CCU until about 3:00 pm today and then moved him to a room. The CCU nurse showed the floor nurse that Jim had a lump or swelling at the top of his incision and they were going to get Dr. Kennedy to come by and look at it. I hope this doesn't amount to anything. I was so tired that as soon as they got him settled, I headed to my sisters in Raymond. This has been a really tough week....just going back & forth the hospital has exhausted me. Don't mean to complain though. I'm so thankful that Jim is doing as well as he is. Thanks, Pam & Brandi. Jim was released today and we made it home about 1:30. It's so good to be home! He's resting now, which is probably the best thing. Thanks again, Pam
