Karine Gandy has been booked!
I see you were able to confirm on the carnival connections page. Woo Hoo!
I am in the same boat (no pun intended ) with the sizes. I started at a size 30 in January when I had my surgery. I am in an 18 now. No idea where I will be in January. I guess I would rather go buy 4 inexpensive swimsuits than to pay $99 at Lane Bryant.com for just one.
As far as shorts, I have no idea. One of the support groups in Bham is having a clothing sale in a few weeks. I may pop in there and buy up some summer clothes then. No sense in paying a lot of money that I will not wear for long.
Will Feb 8th ever get here?

I am so jealous. I want to go!!!!!
If it were not such a big deal to get away from school I would.
Our district has laid down the law about using sick days.
However, I do have 2 personal days........hummmm.
I was out at the beginning of school year last year and my principal continued to bring it up all year. My surgery was postponed due to my two surgeons schedule.
Gosh, I was just having 2 hernias repaired, skin removal, breast lift, 250 plus stitches, an infection, and KATRINA keep me away.
I never dreamed I would miss 3 weeks.

Come on! You deserve this. We leave on Thursday and get back on Monday. Surely they will let you off this short period of time. We are going to have so much fun!!!!
Here is the information again:
The Bama Board is planning a cruise sailing out of Mobile on Feb 8, 2007. We have great group rates and I wanted to share it with you if any of you are interested in going. Please e-mail me if you are interested and I can include you on future e-mail distributions. My e-mail address is: [email protected].

8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Friday)
Tell him your calling for the Bama Board Cruise. He has the plans listed under that or my name - Beth Merchant.
Jean is giving us some GREAT DEALS! Not only will we get the group rate, but we could also be eligible for other discounts. Pasts guests get a past guest discount AND a free upgrade. Military travelers get a Military Discount and he will do his best to accomodate an upgrade while there is availability. New Cruisers get an excellent rate AND he will do his best to accomodate an upgrade free of charge (while there is availability).
Right now we have a wide selection of rooms available to choose from. However, the longer you wait to cruise the less selection you may have. YOUR PRICE IS NOT FIRM UNTIL YOU HAVE CALLED TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM. He will hold this promotion for us as long as he can, but it is subject to change.
Jean has also advised that he will update our reservations if any future promotions become available that we are eligible for - WHICH MEANS WE CAN SAVE EVEN MORE MONEY!!!
The prices below include all meals (even if you eat 10 times a day), juices, coffee, tea 24/7. It includes your port charges and your cabin for the entire cruise. Prices are per person based on double occupancy. A 3rd or 4th passenger in the room will have a lower rate. Please ask Jean.
If you need a roommate, please let me know and I will keep a list of those needing a roommate so you can contact those that would like to be paired. I will post these on the Carnival Connections page that I set up. I will need your e-mail address to include you on that distribution.
