Hope everyone had a great week! My week was awfully busy.

Weekly weigh-in:
I was 275 prior to surgery.
I am now 147. I gained the same pound back this week that I keep losing.
145 is my goal but I am not getting there. (Insert Scream!!!!)

Yes, I took all of my vitamins. I got lots of exercise. Matter of fact, Billy Blanks' Boot Camp Series is kicking my tail, but I am seeing some good results. I can't say I have drank all of my water every day but I am doing better than usual.
I am still holding my same weight. So, that is good.

Got my B12 shot Friday-- it really helps.

Got my exercise today by sweeping, mopping, cleaning, walking at mamas.
Got to do more to work off that thin slice of pound cake I ate at lunch . I fixingta get started mopping and vacuuming my apartment. LOL Sometimes my insomia actually helps me get in movement ( I really don't do organized exercise-- but I count any movement away from the couch and tv remote. Ain't that legal?????????????)

Actually, I have been taking my vitamins, all in support of my hopefully eventual WLS.
I kinda exercised....sort of.....a bit....some.
I am good about drinking my water!
I wouldn't tell my present weight with a gun to my head!

Vitamins-Check
Exercise-5 days post surgery and I went to Wal Mart and the Mall today. I guess that counts this early on.
Water-As much as I could get down. I now have either a water bottle or protein shake permanently attached to my hand.
Killing-Not yet, I'm still new...
