I FEEL LIKE SMASHING THE SCALES!
Hey ya'll!
I hope everybody is having a great day, I am just depressed and need to vent!! I have been walking everyday even though its been hotter than a 2.00 pistol around here, And them darn scales refuse to move!!! I guess its partly my fault, I havent been drinking as much water as I need to, I am just tempted to go back to eating cream of chicken soup, like maybe stage 2 or 3 where you just eat mushy food. Grrrr! its just driving me crazy! I know everybody goes through it, but its frustrtating to try to get through this. I just get scared sometimes that this is it, this is all im going to lose, and pardon me but I still have a fat as#@$$##!! I don't want to have a fat one! I want a cute one! especially after almost dying from this surgery, I don't want all the trauma I went through to be for nothing! Y'all just keep me in your prayers, its been almost a month and a half since ive lost anything. I guess it's just the devil trying to get on my nerves, y'all just pray for me to have more patience and to try harder. Okay im done venting... Hope everybody is doing good, I haven't posted in a while. Btw, has anybody heard from joyce? I heard she has lost a lot of weight, I hope she is doing well.

I know i have told ya more than once that about my 4 month long stall!! You keep on exercising and eatting right and you will start loosing again! You will have that Tiny arse(hehe) in no time, not sure why you want that, im trying to add some padding back there!! hehe Do you some squates and donkey kicks(on all fours), that will firm, lift and round that thang out, yhea it will take alot of them but once the compliments start rolling in they will be worth it! haha oh when you do your squats do some with your feet together, some with them shoulder width apart and then with your feet out wide , ALWAYS keep your head inline with your spine, and knees bent , booty WAY back, and your shoulders pulled away from your ears and relaxed!!! AND SQUEEZE that thang with everything you got!!!oh yhea lunges too that will give you that CUTE dimple on the sides of your hips, takes away saddle bags, work your way up to doing these with your back leg up on a bench , chair or whatever you got, front leg is bent at 90% backleg is way back and keep front knee over the ankle never over the toes, and bend the back leg only the front stays staionary and do 3 reps of 12 (to start) then do a rep where you hold the lunge down and pulse it for a 8 counts, then of course switch legs! haha these are eazy exercises that deliver GREAT results!! ; ) AHHH I love exercise, what else you want to work on!! haha I got alot of ideas! wish i could do a DAILY exercise class on here via web cam!!!! wouldnt ya'll LOVE IT?
Sorry i get carried away with the exercise stuff!I just know that its the ONLY thing that has worked to realy change my body, the WLS alone was giving me a TERRIABLE body , if you just want to be "skinny" then don't exerices , you will be plenty "SKINNY" nasty hanging SKIN all over ya!! haha I know some people say that execise will do nothing for hanging skin , WELL i can prove them WRONG, it will do alot to improve the skin , it may never totally get rid of it but it has helped me alot!! OK im done with my exercise sermon, i wasnt preaching, im INCOURAGING!

thanks for the encouragement! Im going to try some of those excersises. Some friends of mine, and this guy that I work with, all meet at the gym at 5:30 am to excersise before work. Whew! i don't know if i can get up that early, but i guess its all according to how bad you want a hot body! I just dont want a flabby unattractive butt. the way i am shaped, is kind of like a pear, i am wayyy smaller on top and I have the HUGE BADONKA DONK!! I could handle a JLO butt, but my butt now is like JLO supersized!!! I want that cute dimple on the sides of my legs too. what is good for bat wings? Lord knows I could fly away with mine!! well talk to ya later tater!

Set your alarm clock and get in the gym if possiable, working out with friends is great keeps you motivated! I have a tiny little arse, but its round, firm and high from these exersises im trying to do more squates to make it bigger, it wont make yours bigger i promise building that muscle will help burn off the fat thats getting in the way of that cute booty!! haha BAT WINGS??? those are tough, but cario, and wt training(LOTS of wt training light wts lots of reps, grrrrrrrr) will help, you need to join that gym, im sure that they give one free lesson with a personal trainer, they can set you up on a program that will target all of your problem areas, and if they dont offer it free,and if you cant afford to work out with a trainer all the time, many will see you every few weeks or mons, and give you a program to do on your own and then go back reevaluate and set you up a new program! ITS well worth the money i have spent on my trainer, i train with a small group of other laides and our trainer gives us a discounted group rate, i could never afford the 35+ dollars a hour that they charge for one on one training. NOw i got to go work my abds , my only real problem area i have left if it weren't for this pouch i would have a nice bod, but its getting better, it takes a lot of time and patients...... oh yhea and sweat! you got a camera phone? i will send you a pic of me in my kini!! haha wanna check it out, let me know?
I know I need to get my booty up and moving!! I need some discepline!! No, I don't have a camera phone, I dont even have a computer, I am just at work using this one at my desk. I'd like to see an up to date pic of you, I bet you look really good. Well the gym we have here is on base , so its free to use cause I work here, I thought about advertising for a personal trainer in the base newspaper. Who knows maybe I could get a tom cruise 'top gun lookin' pilot to train me here!! I know im so bad, but damit it feels good! we train pilots here on our base so that 's why I say that, sometimes you can find some enlisted people looking to make some extra $$$ so maybe I can find one thats reasonalbly affordable.

Girl that sounds like a great idea!! haha That would realy motivate you to get in the gym, a hot trainer, it would work for me, thats for sure!! haha
your a tough girl , look at what all you have been threw , so i know you aint gonna let a little sweat stop you from getting that figure you want!! Ok alot of sweat but you will feel and look so good that it wont matter!!

I didn't do any organized offical exercising however what I did do was the following which I think helped me lose wt and tone a bunch.
a. walk 30 minutes a day at least
b. dance w/ my daycare children at school
c. get off of the behind and move
d. watch less tv and move
e. take extra steps w/e possible (ex. make extra steps when putting up laundry,
walk to the mailbox instead of drivng to the end of the street LOL)
In my opinion, hanging skin depends on the above AND how much you weighed before WLS and WHERE the excess wt is located.
I did/ do have a lot of stretched skin aftter losing 250 lbs. TEN pounds cut off abdomen alone. My back still looks like melting wax!! I am out of cash to do anything about that though , thanks to two breast biopsies. Don't get me wrong-- I am thankful for the way I look now. I can cover it it a lot better than covering up 400lbs.

I have never been a physically active person, even as a child. I never rode a bike,
or learned to jump rope. But I can cook up something in the kitchen!!!!!!!!!!

I love the exercise advice too, so thanks....gonna start doing them squats and donkey kicks as soon as my doc sets me loose from hysterectomy last week...Will be getting back to the gym ASAP also, but only have time for an hour 3-4 times a week at gym, so any help with at home exercises is much appreciated.....Love ya..d.
Hang in there Crystal. I have been going up and down the same 8 lbs for about 3 months now and it's making me nutz! BUT this is the first time I have plateaued so I am lucky, I guess....The scales finally moved down 2 more pounds last week, so there is hope! Just quit weighing for a while - i know, easier said than done!
