L 1/2 chicken salad sandwich on whole grain wheat
1/2 c salad (lettuce and tomato) with ranch
S Kashi pumpkin spice/flax seed crunchy granola bar
D 1 c beef enchilada bake
S 1 sf mini reeses
3 sm sf teacake cookies

Exercise: Busy yesterday so walked only about a mile, did a few situps, climbed the stairs a few times at work (hey, that counts).
I started trying to break this plateau yesterday so here goes.
B 2 egg omelet with cheese and coffee
s-2 cheese sticks--water
l--some taco salad from El Mariachi a nd diet coke
D--2 slices deli turkey and 2 slices lowfat cheese with mustard--water
2 pieces bubble gum and 2 mints and 2 starbursts
about 10 pecans--minute maid light

800-1015~1 hr step class, 45mins in wt room, 30 mins on eliptical machine
1030~protein shake
130~turkey sandwich lite mayo and whole grain bread, 6 baked lays
630~homemade chicken pot pie, salad with italian
i drank 3 liters of crystal light, one diet coke somewhere mid afternoon, and im nursing a vanilla vodka and ginger ale ask i type, YUM!!!
