Okay, I will start since I didn't see a post from Dawn or Christine.

L Grilled Shrimp salad with Italian dressing
S Apple
D 2 oz BBQ Chkn
1/2 c steamed broccoli
1/2 c squash casserole
S mini wheats with Lactaid
2 pcs sf chocolate
Exercise
Billy Blanks ultimate cardio boot camp and latersome leg and ab exercises while watching TV

It seems like the mush stage lasts forever though, doesn't it? It does get better, I promise. Hang in there. And just remember all the good healthy stuff like broccoli and salads and other fruits and veggies will be in your future soon. I find that I crave stuff like that now rather than the junk I used to crave all the time. Of course, it took therapy and surgery for me to get to that point LOL. Hey, but I am there now, and that is all that matters.

lunch; 1/4cup hamburger helper, 1/4 cup corn, couple bites of mashed potatoes, diet mt dew
snack:crystal light, handful of baked cheetos
supper: 2o2 salsbury steak, few bites of mixed veggies, few bites of mashed potatoes, sf koolaid.
Snack: kellogs ceral bar
