Adam still there?

Back a few months ago if I emailed Adam within the day he would reply. I sent him an email last week and still haven't gotten an answer. Does anybody know what's going on over there at CMMC? I need to fax some info but want to talk to someone first to make sure I have the right # and to make sure they get it. Last time it kept getting lost somehow. Any info?

Hang in there Brandi!!! Better things are on the way for you. I know it's frustrating. I had my WLS 7/11 and I having a little problem now but not like those you've had. I wish you had some answers and then at least you would have some closure. I have an appointment with Dr. Cleveland on 8-24 and I plan to ask him of my concerns. I can truly say that he's been most professional with my DH and myself. I hate that you never got things off the ground. So, are you going to be self pay @ UMC? I'll be waiting for a response

Yes, I'm going to be self pay over there too. The problem with my insurance was the fact that I needed 3 years of consecutive weight ins at a doctor's office. I'm not waiting that long, lol. Lori, who's the nurse at Dr. Salameh's has been SOOOOO nice and wonderful. She's treating me like a real human being and an important patient. I can't tell you how important that is and how good it makes me feel. And they don't block their number when they call you. They WANT you to have their direct number, which CMMC wouldn't allow. So far, I'm very pleased. I've heard Dr. Salameh's office is a little slow with surgery dates though, but I'm being patient and hanging in there.
