hello to everyone

I would like to say I don't always reply to the posts on here because I have a sloowwwww computer. It takes me minutes to post to one person. I read them all and pray for all of you, rejoice with you and yes just listen to your gripes and concerns. I hope all get better, get surgery if that is what you are waiting on, and also to the ones having surgeries soon, God bless. Pamela Lucas is in surg now in Pascgoula. I plan on seeing her Wed am. Will let you know how she is doing. My friend from WA will be flying in to see her husband off to Iraq for a year. She is very nervous about flying and also I can't imagine seeing my husband off knowing where he is headed. Katrina will fly in Thursday at 9 pm. Please remember her. We are supposed to get together and talk. If we can eat out sometime I will post so if you want to meet her and visit with us. I am doing good. Not eating smart though. Not eatin a lot but the wrong foods. I am starting the plateau buster diet today and trying that for as long as I can. I am up 3 pds since Christmas. I need to exercise and I know that.
