Good grief ! was I ever stupid ??
We had birthday cake Saturday for son turning 14.
NO ! I didn't eat cake !!
But I apparently licked my finger to get frosting off when I was cleaning off the table and putting the cake back in the box. 
Within 30 minutes my pouch was just "boiling". I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Finally threw up. 
It was blue ! I stood there looking in the commode kinda yelling "what the h---?" Hubby came and looked and said, "you cheated, you ate frosting." I tried to argue with him but had no ground to stand on. No I don't remember licking my finger but it must just be from habit.

Cheryl Wow, isn't it amazing the things we do to ourselves without knowing. I know there are sometimes I will be making dinner and by the time it gets to the table, I am not hungry.... That is because I had "tasted" myself to being full.
Hope you are feeling better. Thanks for sharing this... it will help us to be more vigilant in noticing the things we do to promote unhealthy behaviors.
