What did you eat today 8/13/06

3:30a - 2 Cups of coffee 4:30a - 1/2 bag of pork skins and a red bull 6:30a - peice of sausage and egg from McMuffin with Diet Coke 10:30a - 2 ounces of Lays potato Chips (Cars kill me) and a red Bull 1:00p- couple of hunks of crab meat dipped in Olive Garden salad dressing 5:00p- green been casserole, slice of chicken (grilled) and a few chips with cheese on them. I am so thirsty for a Regular coke. I am gonna have to go to the store and get a Diet Dr. Pepper (berries and cream-- mmmm...so good)

HEY heres what i had not my best , and not my worst, tryin to talk myself into going on that diet! B~rasin bran with skim milk S~beef jerky , red bull L~leftover boiled shimp, new potatoes with bacon and chedder( yicks) S~small bowl of grapenuts with half a nana and skim milk Another S~6 tortilla chips and homemade salsa D~nothing not hungery maybe a protein shake later I havent drank enough today gonna work on that tonight! DAWN~~

B 1 sf choc chip muffin, 1 pc bacon, 1/4 c grits S 1 sf muffin L grilled shrimp salad with Italian dressing S nothing D 2 oz baked chicken, 1/4 cup steamed broccoli, 1/4 c squash casserole, 1/2 roll a few grapes S 1/2 pc sf strawberry cake Exercise: 35 minutes of Billy Blanks Ulitmate Cardio Boot Camp (Oh, my Lordy, I will be sore tomorrow), 1 mile walk pulling my nephew in the wagon, jumped on trampoline 15 minutes holding Braxton, 10 minutes of abs and thigh exercises in the floor Melissa P.S. I am loving my new job and now feel like doing all of my working out again. It is great to be back relaxed and moving. I really missed working out. Wish you were here to be my workout buddy.
