Eating cheap

Yall I can hardly believe that I can make at least 3 meals from a $5.00 carry out plate from Ryan's. On Sat. I sometimes go and get a carry out plate. They have steak on the buffet. They charge $3.99 a pound for the carry out. I can usually get out for about $5.00. Meat, veggies, salad. They usually don't weigh my soup. I put my salad dressing on at home on the side or use salsa mixed with FF ranch. I can usually eat 3 times from the serving of steak they serve me. You know I used to eat at least 3 PLATES in one sitting --not counting the dessert plate and the ice cream cone. WHAT A PIG I WAS. WLS SAVED MY LIFE IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE. GLENDA

I eat alot still! So i would never make 3 meals out of on plate!! no fair! they didnt make my pouch small enough, i dont think! Oh well! I can eat a whole steak( filet mingon) or a whole chicken breast if its moist, plus a salad or veggies and a little dessert! haha yhea i cant give them sweets up , but just a bite or two and my good!
