Hey doll where u been? I don't because I'm scared of stopping up pouch. Also when I tried it gave me GAS (tmi). Too much splenda stuff gives me gas also. I think of Missy and the devilish grape that gave here so much pain. get back on the board--soon glenda

Hi Fredrica, First I wanted to reply to your questions earlier - I found the video on the internet, and just copied the code for it. If you click on the video it will take you there - I actually changed it to another one though. My Dr. says I can chew gum, but not right away. My nutritionist tells people not to chew gum, but I discussed it with her (I am an avid gum chewer, always chew cause I clench my teeth). She said not in the first few months, then to be VERY careful, cause if you accidentally swallow it, it can block the stoma. She says it can make you very gassy as well, and that most people, when they chew gum, forget to or just don't drink very much. BTW, I would LOVE!!!!!!!!! to see an updated picture of you. You are so pretty, I wanna see how well you are doing with your progress. Can you put one up on your profile? Hugs, Connie

Well, to put it in your profile, you go under your account, to colors and photos, and put it in that way. If you want to update your pic that goes with your post, you have to do that on the main board under user settings to the left side in the blue box. I am not sure how they get it to blink old vs new the way they do. That is the next thing I have to figure out..lol!
