Hi guys im finally in my new house!

A little update on my and the big move....were in our new house and have been living here since the first of last week. I just got my comp hooked back up last night and boy did i miss it....i was going thru withdrawls!! Another big hurdle in my life occured last thrusday....I am having to switch programs in school....My authoritis in my hips and back just will NOT allow me to stand for hours on end that are required for surgical techs....so i am gonna take a seat behind the desk in the dr's office and or hospital and do medical billing and coding and maybe even some transcribing.....I already have the medical background and the computer background so I am just gonna combine the two and go from there...it was a very hard decision to come by because I absolutely love being an ST but i have almost passed out 3 times now just in the lab...and on the shortest and easiest case there is....all my instructors and program managers have told me that they are very proud of me for realizing it before i had gotten past the point of no return....because at the point i am at now I can still switch programs and not have a problem with financial aid and I will graduate the same exact time I would be graduating with the ST program so only my classes have changed.....and eventually I can even work from home if I so choose....and they have all said that I will be an awsome biller and coder because of my grades and determination....So im not quitting, giving up or failing...im just switching gears and taking new direction.....well I wont bore yall anymore with my drama..... Angie I am so glad you are in your house. I am sorry to hear that ST isnt going to work out. I am so glad that you have another choice. Wow working from home...you can stay in your jammies and slippers!!! That is what I am trying to find here in ms. I have an extensive medical back ground since 1989. Glad you are getting settled. Angie, I'am so happy for you!!!. We can't what to get out of this fema trailier. We are glad to have a roof over our head ,but I will be happy when our house is rebuilt. There was a mix up in the premit house that has delayed thing ,but that all taking care of now. So hopefuly by the end of September we will be in our house. God Bless Wanda Weimer

Thank you Amy, I am sad that the ST program didnt work out either...but I am glad I realized it before I had finnished the program and started working...then I would have been in a world of trouble...I hope you can find the job that you are looking for. Angie Bea

Thank You Wanda, I am so sorry that there was such a mix up with the house permits....that must have been very very frustrating!! I will say prayers and keep my fingers crossed that you will be in your house as soon as possible. Angie Bea
