I did not really care for any of the protein drinks at all. They would make me gag. So, I had to be creative in getting my protein in those early days. One way I found was to take regular milk (i drink lactaid) and add some regular carnation powdered milk and sugar free chocolate syryp and blend it together in the blender so it is really well mixed and creamy. It tastes pretty good. I also would buy the isopure punch flavor and use it as part of my water mixing up my sugar free coolaid. That way when I was drinking my coolaid I was getting protein at the same time. I also would mix up my coolaid with the isopure drink and freeze them in popsicle molds. Hence, protein popsicles. You just do what you have to do to get that protein in. Good luck, Melissa

Sam's has the sugar free hot cocoa. And it's good. Don't forget things like broth - chicken and beef and veggie, too. Also Kroger has sugar-free banana popsicles....my personal favorite!!! Also cup a soup is great cause you don't waste so much! smoochies Arlies

I found some sf carnation instant breakfast drinks at southern family market (used to be winn dixie) some of them are already mixed. They are pricey though, for four premixed ready to drink, drinks its like 4.99 but you can get the powder for about the same price and make it yourself. I like the chocolate flavor.
