Coast Support Group Monday!!

The Coast Support Group will be held Monday, July 24, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Pepsi Rec Center located on Dedeaux Road in Gulfport. Our speaker for this month will be Captain Stacie Van Orden, she is the staff nutritionist at Keesler and will be able to answer any questions on nutrition guidelines pre-op, post-op losing, or maintaining. Please make note of your questions so that you can remember to ask her. I will try to get one of our doctors back in August, hopefully Dr. Jenkins or Dolan will speak for us again, so keep track of questions for them as well. I look forward to seeing you! It was great to see you too. You look wonderful, almost didn't recognize you, you have lost so much weight! Wish we could've had more time to catch up, but I think we were all too busy eating. LOL. Boomtown's crablegs were not as good as the IP's. But it was still good. Call me next time you will be in town, would love to meet you and your wife somewhere and just spend some time catching up. I wish you could too, maybe you can come before school starts back. When does school start for Em? Brandon starts back on Aug 4. Way to soon, we will be going to get him from GA on the 30th. Im gonna TRY to make it donnie DOnT have duty , but they have sea ops this week he hopes to be home in time for me to come!!! I have to teach monday, wednesday,and friday this week, it REALY stresses me out so i need a chance to get it off my mind even if it is for just a hour or so!!!!! So count on me showing my face!!!!
