b~1 WAFFLE WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND SUGAR FREE SYRUP s~PROTEIN SHAKE WITH A FROZEN BANANA BLEANDED IN l~LEAN CUSINE s~HERSHEY BAR! YICKS I ATE THE WHOLE THING!! AND I DIDNT DUMP!! d~COUPLE BITES OF HOMEMADE BEEF AND BROCOLLI WENT TO SPIN CLASS AND WORKED OUT WITH MY PT FOR A HOUR!! dawn~~

ALOT!!!! for a change!!! 3 tacos 1/2 grilled ham and cheese (45 cal bread) chips & dip 1 SF chocolate chip cookie with peanut butter spread on it and a banana chopped up on top.....mmmmm..........think I want another! And I only drank 2 flat root beers..... smoochies Arlies Stressful day......

B 1 egg topped with 1 slice cheese 1 piece patty sausage S apple L 1 pc pizza 1/4 c. salad 1/2 cinn. stick S 1/2 serving beef jerky 1 kashi bar D mini wheats with milk S pretzels and peanut butter handful of chex mix Went to the gym and did 45 minutes on elliptical and bicycle. Did a few weights. Did my thigh master after I got home while I watched tv. Melissa

bfast coffee w/ cream and sweet n low snack pepperoni stick lunch 1/4 cup carrots and small salad dinner corn and fried orka snack lowcarb hi protein yogurt, sf fudgesicle 55-60 flds 30 min elipitical 30 weights gotta do better with protein

Breakfast of champions... Peanut butter and crackers with a diet mt dew (flat of course) lunch cajun chicken sandwitch snack pringles flat caffiene free diet coke supper dunno yet... Snack probably popcorn and maybe some sugarfree koolaid
