B~one waffle with peanut butter and sugar free syrup and one REDBULL Sugar free S~ corn chips and chocolate covered peanuts!!! LOL SORRY C y i havent been posting this !!! L~FORGOT to eat D~OOPS STILL havent ate, i will go have a protein shake , dont need to eat what i cooked for the kids! Went to the Gym, done high impact aerobiecs and my personal training and then went to the low impact aerobiecs class ( im trying to learn what low impact is, since i got to teach it friday!! LOLI have not been doing well with my water, im drinking too many diet sodas, got to break this habit , again!!! oh i got my lab test back, got to start takeing that nasty Iron, im on the low side, not looking forward to that , but maybe i will feel better when my blood count is back up!!!!!!!! So there you go Joyce , i will try to keep this up! I need it too , as you can see!!

B- Nothing ( I was running late for work) Lunch- 1/2 of a Grilled chicken salad Supper- 3 baked fish sticks and 5 baked tater tots ( bad bad I know) I have drank about 100 oz of water or crystal light throughout the day. I may have a Carb Freedon Blue bunny Almond ice cream bar for snack tonight. It is made with splenda. It has 1 gram of Sugar and 6 sugar alcohol. but man they are soooooo goood

I didn't eat so good today, but I did do 1 hour at gym, eliptical machine (5 minutes), then weights, then treadmill for the rest of the hour...I have been doing weights every other day or Mon, Wed, Friday, and walking or cardio every day (almost)....I think it is sooo cool that you will be teaching aerobics, that is just made for you! Also, got to have a hysterectomy first part of August, hate that I am going to have to start all over again, but at least I have been exercising before surgery and that will make it easier to go through...DeAnna.

PLEASE don't stone the Queen!!!! I was too lazy to cook and too lazy to eat! B: a banana L: some baked cheetos and sf cookies (100 cal grab bag of baked cheetos) Snack: a 100 cal bag of gold fish. S: less than 1/2 of a chilli dog and some SF cookies. I swam for about 1 1/2 hours.
