THREE MONTH CHECKUP!

Today was my 3 mo. Checkup at the medical mall. My weight loss is 51 lbs. They did a in depth check on my sugar. It was a "5" which didn't even show on the chart, my actual sugar count was 105, no news yet on the protein issue, but susan mixon and lori was very pleased, they are so nice. I know I would do this all over again, I feel so much better than I ever did before. I celebrated by getting some ice cold watermelon, it was so good! (susan approved it) anyway, thought I would share my day.
