TO ALL MY MISSISSIPPI FRIEND!!
Well as you all know, me and my family have moved to Tennessee. Well we are finally in the process of purchasing our first home. We had the home inspection done today and there are only a few minor repairs that need to be made. And I am pretty proud of myself because the house were trying to buy was originally listed at 104,900 and in 18 days they dropped it to 92,900. Well I offered 90,000 and asked them to pay 3,500 of the closing costs and they countered with 92,900, paying the 3,500 for closing and 500 of any needed repairs found by the home inspection. Well I turned it down, and the sellers agent took it back to them and they gave me the 90,000, 2,500 for closing and 500 for repairs, so i took that. There are only a few repairs that need to be made and the 500 will cover most of them. the smaller of the reapirs *whi*****lue changing plug-in recepticals in 2 of the rooms and securing and covering a few wires and replacing a few boards and gutters*. The only thing left to do is the FHA appraisal (sp? yall know i cant spell!) And were hoping to close on or before July 15th. If you all want to see the house you can go to www . crye-leike . com and scorll down the page and put the MLS#773372 in the box and click search. It will bring it up and you can click on the picture for more photos. there are not any of the inside but its 2 bed 2 full bath *one has a jacuzzi tub with jets!! the other a big walk in shower*, it has an attic that has been converted into living space which is perfect for a den/office/playroom for us to use everyday, and leaves the other livingroom for sitting and talking. It has a basement/root cellar and a huge back yard for austin to play. A nice size front porch, and a large deck on the back with tiki torches all around it.
This is the reason I have not been on or posting much these days cause I am going nutz trying to get everything in order and all the inspections lined up and going back and forth bewteen the morgage guy and the realestate guy. Im going NUTZ lol but I am hoping its gonna all be worth it in the end.
Well enough of boring you all with my junk....ill catch yall later.
Angie Bea

You're right, it is so very hectic trying to buy a house, very stressful to, so take care of yourself. Hope it is all said and done soon, and you can just relax and enjoy!!! DeAnna.
