where do I find these? any recommendations on liquid diet

I found out that Unjury will take these canisters back and refund my money, so unfortunately this is what I need to do since money is so tight right now after having to self-pay my surgery. Sorry about the confusion...... Best wishes on your surgery! Marci

I agree with Rhonda UnJury is great and much more protein than Carnation. The unjury has 20 grams of protein then add 9 from the milk and there is half of what you need for the day. Carnation I think only has like 12 with the milk. I liked the Chocolate and unflavored. It is a smooth whey protein easy to digest and you wont feel hungry at all. Hope you find one that you like. melissa i drank the iso pures for a while they are pretty bad by them selves but if u mix them half and half with some crystal light it cuts the aftertaste. i also found the slyvester stallone protein puddings the banana ones are good and they are the size of jello puddings and have 20gs of protein so u could eat one of those and drink half of an isopure and get ur protein for the day! and get some sf popsicles to help u with the "i need to actually chew something" syndrome u will get when u get home. anyway call me if u need me.297-3535 crystal

Hi Crystal! Miss see'n ya. I went to GNC today before I read your post to check on Isopure. I bought the 3# container. Regular price $51.00!!! Yikes! Had a sales tag for $34.00 but the cashier said it was going out of date end of Aug. & it was probably cheaper than 34. She checked & it was $13.00. I bought it & 3 Iso pure flavored water(i think) for $1.00. Janet recommended Slim fast soy but I don't see that in stores anymore. Found some Low carb kind. It has 9 grams fat though...not sure, but bought 2 (4 packs). I bought walmart brand Crystal light mix in 3 different flavors. I'm going to call & see if I can get free samples of unjury & will probably order some of it online. I will check into getting some of the yogurt you're talking about. Where do I find it? Oh, & I did buy some SF popsicles & cream sicles (are they allowed?). Thanks!!!!

Protein drinks = !!! I know, I am bad. Walmart has "no sugar added carnation instant breakfast". Do you like cookie dough? Walmart also has one in vanilla that tastes like sugar cookie dough, I think it's called "carb solutions". I ordered from www.bariartriceating.com and got a sample of a bunch of different ones - Susan Maria ONLY sells stuff she thinks tastes good and they were all good! She does offer a set of samples, but I choose my own samples from her because the set had pineapple or coconut in it and I don NOT like those flavors! I am so excited for you! smoochies Arlies
