? for any who Cash paid?

I am trying to get everything together for next week. But I was looking at my Cash payment breakdown and since I have paid for the psy visit already and don't need the sleep study do I just take that off the total amount? Also anything else except what they tell you to bring to the hospital that I might need to take? Thanks SundraP

You will be writing 5-6 checks to the different places (CMMC, Central Surgical Assoc., Surgical Anesthesia Grp, Jackson Pulmonology, Jackson Radiology Grp, Ameripath). Since you have already paid your Psy Eval. you will not have to write a check for this. As for the sleep study, the cash price breakdown shows $750 to Jackson Pulmonology and if you will notice on the right side of this amount it says "No Sleep Study". The cost of the sleep study was not included in the cash price of $15,450.00 - had you needed a sleep study it would have cost extra.
