Sunday Weigh-in
Hope you all have had a good two weeks. I was busy last week and forgot to post. For all of you Newbies... remember each person loses at different rates. We are not trying to compete but encourage accountability. There will be many weeks that you will stall. That is to be expected. There are many weeks that you will want to rejoice. Rejoice....baby...rejoice!!!!
For us oldtimers...there are weeks that we will look back and say "Thank You God for this tremedous weight loss!" There weeks that we will look back, cry, and ask "Am I falling back into my old life habits?" That is the times that we need to lean on each other.
We will all hit these stages at different points. But NO ONE has to hit any of the stages ALONE. We are here for you!

Hey Rhonda.... You look great too. I really enjoyed last night as well. We had a great time. I am glad yall were able to make it. You know you are welcome in Texas anytime. We will have plenty of room.
Glad yall made it back safely. I wish you guys the best of luck with those kids. I know how frustrating it must be. Hang in there.

I have noticed since my gallbladder surgery that some days I weigh higher and some days I weigh lower, but this is an average, and what I way this morning. My tummy is all messed up from my gb surgery, I hope it straightens out soon.
Take care!
