Moving to Texas

Hi all... I will be moving to Orange, Texas at the end of the month. We went this past weekend and had some interviews that turned out very well. We found a house and are packing up and going. I am so scared and happy at the same time. I still plan on coming on the boards daily but it just wont be the same. Wish us luck.. This has always been my home and all my closest friends live here. I will miss everyone so much esp Tweedle Dee who is my best friend.

I looked at a house in Port Arthur. 6 Bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a living room plus a den. It was huge. It was enough for everyone to have a room of their own plus a guest room. It needed a new roof though but they were only asking $48,000 for it. It was FINE!

I hope it is a wonderful move for you....I will sure miss seeing you at the bashes, (even though I only saw you at one) but if you do not come on the MS board, I will certainly visit the Texas board to see ya - you better not get to far away!!! How exciting!!! This is the start of a new life for you and new friends and a new job. Sometimes a move is the best way to start a whole new lifepath! I know that you are scared, it is hard to start new things, but I think that you will find that each day is a new adventure and you will love the opportunity of living in a new environment and the changes that go along with it. I am happy for you. I know this move is what you wanted, and I hope it all works out and you are truly happy. You seem really excited and all the kids are on board for the move which makes it easier. Even though we won't be seeing each other, we can still keep in touch with modern technology. We have email and texting. So, don't be a stranger. Keep me posted on what is happening and how things are going. I haven't seen you much lately. Everybody has been so busy with lots going on. Hopefully, I will get to see you before you go.
