Can't Believe It Has Been A Year!!

Well - today's my one year anniversary and I'm down 141 lbs, putting me at 167 lbs, down from 308 surgery weight. My dream goal is 130, but we'll see. I can't believe what a difference a year has made. If I had it to do all over again, I'd do it again and again and again! I thank God for making WLS possible for me and I feel very fortunate that I have had no problems with the surgery. I stay in Lurkdom most of the time, but I'm here pulling for all of ya'll and being encouraged by a lot of you. Thanks for being here!!! Becky

Thanks, ya'll!! Sheri - Yes, I definitely have excess skin. Especially on the arms and stomach area. I'm hoping I can do plastics in those areas eventually. I've been working out at the gym for 3-4 months now and can definitely tell a difference, but it's not helping the skin. Becky
