Start new job July 3

Well, as many of you know my job has been quite a stresser for me for a couple of years now. The company I work for changed hands and stuff has been a mess since. So, I have been looking for a different job. The problem has been that I am in a very high position here and finding something without being demoted or with a big pay cut is tough. But I finally found something that is actually a step up for me with room for advancement and better money. I am really excited and scared all at the same time. I have been in my current job for 9 years and will really miss my coworkers so the change is a little scary. So, you guys keep me in your prayers that everything goes well. I will keep you guys posted. Melissa

I will be going to work for Hood Companies as the Assistant Controller. I will be working at their corporate office that is off of 28th Avenue behind United Blood Services. I am so ready too. I am excited. It is a great group of people over there, and I think I will really like it. Melissa

Congrats on the new job Melissa. You needed to get away from all the stress that you have been under, it is not healthy. I wish you the best of luck in your new job and hope that you have a very bright future! All is well here in NY, court case took place yesterday, testimony all day long, still not over, will have to come back one more time probably between now and July 1. Don't think we will actually have to come back though I think we can do the rest by telephone with our lawyer present in the court room. So far though, everything looks good. We knew there was no evidence to support the malicious accusations because none of it happened. Anyhow, hopefully we will get to see the kids this afternoon and then we take a flight back to Atlanta tomorrow. I will be back in MS on Sunday. I am sorry that I have not been in touch much, I have had my plate full as I know you have with your job. I will try to do better when all this is over and done with. Take Care, Rhonda
