Psych Eval Yesterday!

Those are the things I'm waiting to get to CMMC. I hate to keep calling and getting the same answer, "We already sent it." Obviously not, cause Jeanie has not received it. So aggravating. I just called my PCP again and she said that she's sent it twice, so I honestly don't know who's at fault.

I would call her back and tell her you would like to pick it up and hand deliver it to CMMC. That way you knpw for sure they have gotten it!

I let Jeanie know that she would be sending it again today. If it doesn't get there this time, I'm definitely going to step in go up there. I have a severe seizure disorder, so I'm not alowed to drive. Getting up the doc's office before 5:00, when my hubby gets off work, is a prob. But I'll do what it takes. Thanks for all the advice, Brandi :~)

Brandi, I know you are relieved to get that hurdle out of the way. How long did it take? We are going for our psych eval in 2 weeks(at UMC). The letter that we got said to expect to be there 3 hours!! We have to work the night before and I am afraid that we will fall to sleep before it is over! Glenda and Walter, My appointment was at 11:00. I took a T or F computer test about my behavior, how I feel, and things from my past. There was some paper work to be filled out as well, and some of that was another test where I filled in bubbles. I got through with the paper work and computer test in about an hour. Then she sent me to lunch for an hour because she had another patient at 12:00. I came back at 1:00 and went straight into her office. She asked me questions about the written test and how I felt about some of my answers. Then she read me the results of the computer test and what it said about me as a person and if I thought it was accurate. The interview part lasted about an hour, but probably would have been less if we hand't talked about tthings other than my psychy, lol. We talked about her photography, her step son, her mother passing away and the pictures she took of her home town the day she died. So the whole, actual visit, too around 2 hours. It passed by quickly, so I think you'll do just fine.
