Just relized that today is my one year anniversary! I can't blieve its been a year already, time flys! I guess that this has been one of the best years of my life , can't wait to see what this one has instore, hopefully, GOAL and PLASTICS! LOL I'm a completley New and Differant person than i was last year! That could be a good or bad thing, depends on who you ask! haha This time last year i was quite , shy and totaly had no sence of self worth , i hated to wake up everyday and live in my obese body! I do have somedays were i still feel like that girl, and don't belive that i have done well in my journey at all . For the most part i'm very happy sitting here at 176 lbs and slowly still looseing , not at goal yet , BUT I KNOW I will be there soon! DAWN~~ 285/176/160-165 ( im tall and big boneded, hehe) P.S. I get to go see MY Dr at the end of the month, he emailed me yesterday and told me he would be back at keesler then to make a appt! Kindda nervous about the blood work I haven't had any at all in over 8 mos! yicks!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats Dawn! I knew it was sometime soon but could not remember exactly what day it was. You have done very well this past year and I am sure you will make your goal before you know it. All of your hard work at the gym is going to pay off! I have not seen you in a couple of months but from what I hear you are looking very good! Maybe you will be able to make the meeting this month, it will be on the 26th. Dr. Lo must be on leave right now, I saw him at Dr. J's office the day before I had my gallbladder surgery, so he has probably been on leave and will be coming back to work at the end of the month. Your blood work should be fine if you are taking your multi vitamins and stuff every day. Maybe what ever day you come over to see him we can get together for lunch or something. Thank you Rhonda! You probably hearing BAD information! hehe I will try to make the meeting this month, that is the girls birthday , but i'm sure that we will party on the weekend! If Donnie is in i will be there nothing else to keep me from it, not letting spin class at night get in the way of my real life anymore! I was So stressed out thinking i would not get to see Lo again, i was very excited to get his email yesterday! I will let you know when my appt is and hopefuly my dear husband will be able to take off and keep the crew for me and i will meet ya for lunch !! SEE ya soon, DAWN~~

OH yhea its very true! only in person though i have always been a loud mouth on the puter! hehe i have noticed that alot of us are Very differant in person than on the puter! I'm more like the puter Dawn in person, now.
