700~ half a piece of peanut butter whole wheat toast 800-1000~ GYM 1030~ protein shake 100~ salad ,top off 2 slices of pizza and half a brownie at CC's Pizza 300~ diet rock star, half a whole wheat pita with hummus 600~ 1 and 1/2 glasses of red wine 800~ RAN BLEACHERS and the high school UGGGGGGGGGGG that wasn't fun OK i just noticed that i didnt eat dinner! oh well im sure i have some stores left in me, i will live ! I will eat better tomorrow, stress filled day, couldnt help it! DAWN~~

7am pk of nabs and one cup milk 12noon 2 bites of steak--4 crackers and shrimp dip 3 pm scoop of ice cream from Baskin Robbins with whipped topping--my kids made me do it haha also about one cup of real coke 6 pm handful of cheetos 2 spoons of left over fruit salad 8pm 2 fillets of blackened catfish with 3 flowerets of cauliflower and unsweet tea--We have a new cajun that has opened up Main St Seafood here and it is so awesome.The fish is to die for especially with the fattening tartar sauce. 12 midnight---8 or 10 cubes of cheese and 2 crackers Good night Jane

11:00 am Salad 3:00 two pieces of canalope 6:30 2 strawberries and sugar free fruit dip at Support group meeting. 9:00 1 cup Chicken Stuff (chicken breast, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream cooked in a crock pot till falling apart) Drank and Drank and Drank today. I am stuck on Great Value Sugar Free Lemonade. Joyce

Dont be scared... That jambalya was probably mostly rice and you may not have eaten as much as you think but the rice may have swelled in your stomach causing discomfort. I can eat a whole BLT with egg on it... You only had half so that is okay. I think I will eat all protein and veggies today too... right after I get done reheating this leftover rice and gravy!

your human, like the rest of us , we all have bad eatting days, ( or weeks in my case)! Just stop beating yourself up , that will make it worse, and you WILL get back on track today and eat good! ANd i dont think it was as bad as you think it was i would have ate half the bad of candy bars ! i bet you worked it all off too at tha****er silde! DAWN~~ ps TUNA TUNA TUNA!!!!!! hehe
