So what did ya'll eat today? B~bowl of raisin bran cereal with skim milk and slpenda L~ half a tuna sand. on whole wheat bread afternoon grazzing!!!! 2 fritos , 3 pringles ,handful of peanuts and 4 m&m's!!!!!!!! Sorry Jane , bad time of the month! still no excuse! I didnt eat all of this at one time but threw out the afternoon D~ 2 bites of the girls spegetti and homemade meat sauce! i might have a protein shake later but i have been terriable today , so i dont need it! DAWN ps no exercise all weekend , i think im gonna die if i dont get in the gym soon!!!! theres no daycare on the weekend and DH is gone so i have to be lazy! hehe

I think I'm afraid of this thread--that i may be eating more than most ppl 3 months out. which may also explain 3 weeks plateau. B = 1 biscuit with SF blackberry spread and 12 oz water on the way to church L = 1 homemade soft taco (meat, cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato with dollop sour cream) s = 1 cup watermelon d = 1 cup watermelon s = 1 small piece (minus crust edge) of meat lovers pizza I need to drink lots of water---have been outside all day and it's hot. *whew* definitely haven't had my glasses worth. mary

I'm scared of it most days too! hehe you are doing great, so don't be, i would be scared for you if you were afraid to respond ! j/k eatting can be kindda personal, i guess thats why so many avoid this post, cause i know it's not because they are eatting bad! HAHAHA ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DAWN~~

Hey Dawn B--1 slice of bacon--half biscuit--1 qt of water starting at 9 am and finishing at 11. L 2 small slices of crustless pizza with lots of veggies and turkey pepperoni fourth cup salad---fourth cup tomato basil pasta--tea --no dessert but coffee with splenda D--2 cheese sticks and 4 popcorn cken nuggets--lite minute maid lemon aid from Sonic 9pm Shoneys--4 pieces fried okra--cup of cottage cheese and peaches over about 35 minutes. I know too much. I can eat some cottage cheese!!! unsweet tea AND DAWN a few bites of Jeremy's 11th birrthday brownie surprise. 11:15 cup of milk and on my way to bed. Long day. Left at 9 am and just getting in. Jane

OOOOOO Jane you are doing so good , im proud of you! It's great when you can have a few bites of sweet and know when to stop, thats what its all about in my book , not depervation! Oh and BTW i can eat a cup of cottage cheese in about 5 minutes! hehe DAWN~~

B- half of a peanut butter sandwhich L- Cheese wrapped in a soft taco shell s- rootbeer float popcicle S- half of a hamburger two bites of ice cream sandwhich s- cheetoes Drank my water and took vitamins. I climb a rock wall today!!! After I got to the top, I hollered down to the guy supervising...is this a good time to tell you I just got a pacemaker. The guy just rolled laughing. He said I am glad I didn't know because I would not have let you climbed. I said why do you think I forgot to mention it. Hugs, Sonya
