Sunday Weigh-in
Thanks Sherry.... I just wish I could do better with the protein thing! I am lucky to get 10gms of protein in per day right now! My hubby is worried about that, but I told him it will get better when I can start eating food again! The unflavored unjury protein powder that I have just does not want to mix up in liquids at all. When you blend it, it gets foamy! yuck !
There is no secrets, I was very sick in the beginning, and lost weight pretty fast. I was little like this all my life until after having my son in 1990, then everything I looked at, smelled of and ate made me gain five pounds, LOL. Everyone loses different. Just keep following the rules of the pouch and you will do fine!

Well, I have been reading alot but I need to participate. So here goes.
I was 325 pre-op in size 26/28 and they were tight.
I am in a 20 now that fit great. I am 250 at 5 months out. I have lost 75 lbs. It could be more but I don't exercise like I should. Lots of excuse but none worth while to really matter.
I would like to be a size ??? I don't really know. My goal weight is 150 but my friends tell me that is tooo small. I am 5'9" I would feel better at anything under 200 but my goal is 150.
I had surgery 12/27/05. I have finally quit throwing up. and life is great. I hope to make to the bash.

75 pound weight loss in 5 months. You deserve a pat on the back!!! Great Job! I know you have to glad to be past the throwing up stage. Keep on the straight and narrow! It is worth it in the end! It will not be long before you run into a life long friend and he/she will say Steph is that you? I promise you it will happen before Christmas and you will be able to say Sonya said that would happen. Good luck on your journey!
