At 115 lbs. since October that is hardly a plateau! You are doing wonderful! Seriously, it is time for a plateau but the weight loss will pick up soon. You are doing great! Hugs, Sonya

Well it has been two weeks since surgery, I am going to try to go back to work tomorrow and try working a 1/2 day. I had to promise my boss that I would go home when I started getting tired. I just think I will feel so much better with some busy work to do rather than sitting at home all day flipping channels! Pre-Op: 332 Today: 304 Loss of: 28

Girl you are so funny.... I decided when I found out that hair loss was a big side effect of the surgery that I did not need to be bleaching my hair anymore, so I went back to the natural color. I tell you what, it is amazing the difference after surgery! If I can get my left side to quit hurting I will be in great shape! lol Are you going to be at the Brookhaven Bash in July? I hope to see you there! Marci

I have not even mapped it out to see how far it is to Brookhaven. I have a wedding that I have to attend here at 4 p.m., so it is very doubtful that I will be able to attend the bash, I really really want to though. I will try to work something out, a lot of it will depend on whether I change jobs between now and then or not. It is my boss that is getting married, however if I don't work for him anymore then I won't feel so obligated to attend his wedding. LOL.. I am praying that I have a new job, I interviewed with the school system last week for an admin job at the superintendants office, so I really hope that it comes through for me. It is past time for a change. Maybe we can plan something on the coast soon, I really want to meet Cheryl while she is here. Take care and don't over do it, take time to heal up! Rhonda

Well, I lasted at work from 7:00am until 10:30am this morning then I had to go home! But it was a few hours out of the house anyway. I will try again tomorrow and see how it goes! Love, Marci
