CMMC...
Brandi, Stay on them!!! Call every day. Good luck getting past that switchboard. I swear it is the same one Satan uses in H-e-double hockey sticks.
I have busted my bum getting tasks accomplished for CMMC and my insurance company only to call and find out that one or the other hasn't gotten something the other needed!! I'm really feeling very cast adrift and angry. All I want is to be kept in the loop.
Good luck with the self pay. I'm almost wishing I had gone that route. You will move faster along than us insurance people.

I know exactly what you mean!!! "No names named" would email me back in the beginning. Now I seem to be getting ignored. And if I expect to get a call back, then I have to call early in the morning and wait all day, hoping I will get that call back. I know they are extremely busy though, so I try not to call if I can figure out what I need figured out by myself. But Jeanie told me to get in touch with her if I couldn't get my PCP to send over some tests that were done in Feb. Well, I can't get them to get it done, so I emailed "No names named" and never got a response. So I don't know whether Jeanie got the message or not. I'm going to call this morning and get her to call me back.
Good luck to you sweety. I know it's tough.
Dr. Jeam Hawks in Jackson. I tried to get a psych. around here, but the outline was too involved or Docs weren't taking any new patients. One psych. told me that she thought the outline would call for multiple visits. I decided it would be better to deal with someone who'd done a ton of these for CMMC. And I was right. I spoke to Dr. Hawks directly and she said it would be pretty simple and over in one day. I have to arrive at 11:00 a.m. and take a test on the computer, then I come back at 1:00 p.m. to do the interview part. My appointment is this coming Wednesday. It's strange to say that I'm excited about a psych eval. But every step I pass, makes me closer to the surgery. YAY!!
