WOW moments

Hey guys, I think I had my frist WOW moment today. My mom and dad walked up at our family reunion and my aunt asked my uncle how much weight I had lost and he said he wasn't sure. Well I walked up a few mins later and their son said "I don't know either but it sure is alot" That made me feel soo good. Then my cousin that had gastric bypass a few years ago gave me her bike today. so I could get in more excersise. Well I was scared I would bust the tires out if I got on it. Well I didn't bust the tires. It was the 1st time I had been on a bike in at least 12 years. I rode a whole mile going up and down hills. I am loving life. Thanks for all your prayers. And for those of you that has not had surgury yet HANG IN THERE it is WORTH IT ! ! !! ! Love, Joyce

Yes indeed!!!! You are in for a lot more wow moments in the next few months!!!!! I know that the going is hard, but now it is getting easier and little by little you will feel better and better, and soon there will be a lot of guys asking for your telephone number!!!!!
