WHAT VITAMINS & SUPPLEMENTS ARE YOU DOING & BENADRYL FOR ALLERGIES?

I am doing One a day for women Hair vitamins, that's what is say Hair, B1 vitamins, B12 Injections, Benadryls for my alleriges at night is this ok.

Benadryl is okay! I take "Bone Smart" from Dollar General. It has 100% of EVERYTHING - iron, calcuim, B12, all the good stuff. smoochies Arlies

Hi Lisa!...i haven't had the surgery yet but it's scheduled for May 1st...my doctor told me i'll be taking 2 Ultra Tums (chewable) every day for calcium....sublingual B-12 twice a week.....(i've been on the monthly injections for 2 years already)....and 2 chewable Centrum with Iron daily....also said i couldn't take my arthritis meds anymore or anything else such as Alieve and those others...only Tylenol....that's all i know for now...guess i'll find out more as time goes by..... take care! Hi Lori Jane here Just read your post and wanted to comment Don't take the ultra tums together---we only absorb 400 at the time and they are 800. Also don't take with your meds because they tie up together and don't absorb. Our nutritionist in Hattiesburg said 800 is plenty so at least get one ultra in a day.
