hi everyone, glad you're doing so well joyce and tonya. i have lost only 12 lbs since the 3rd, is that good? but i am missing 3 inches off my waist. i got back to hurting under my ribs after removing the drain tues. if i hadn't been crying i would have ask if it was a boy or a girl!!!! any way i have been having muscle spasams since then, but that is my update boys and girls. don't seem to be as much posting going on lately. love ya'll

That's like 12 pounds in about 1 1/2 weeks, so that'd be over a pound a day....Yeppers, that's good!!!! And I can relate to the muscle spasms...I had one in my left (big incision side) side the night after surgery while I was in ICU. I was sound asleep and my side grabbed and I started hollering, "help me! Help me! Somebody help me!" I could hear myself hollering. The nurse got right up in my face and said, "Mrs. King, are you okay?" I woke up then, looked at her wierd and said, "well, yes." My room was FULL of nurses, docs, and techs!!!!! She laughed at me later cause the hollering didn't wake me up. I woke up when she got in my face and touched my arm!!! smoochies Arlies
