NOT ZERO CALORIES

Happy easter!!!!! I have indulged in a little more sugar than my conscious and the scales like. I will get back to protein and water asap. Smarties, m&m's, and jelly beans are not calorie free!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck to all of us from now until after the after easter candy sales. I have too much to be thankful for to blow it away in sugar----- I will comply--- I will comply to my WLS food plan. I will comply. The next time I start to put a jelly bean in my mouth I am going to say the number 391. 391 was my nightmare weight pre-WLS. I will comply. 391 391 391 glenda

But if you eat smarties, m&m's and jelly beans with a diet coke, doesn't the diet coke cancel the calories of the smarties, m&m's and jelly beans like it would if you had a chocolate bar with diet coke???????? smoochies Arlies well, it REALLY outta work that way.....
