630~1 piece ezekeil toast with 1tsp polaner all fruit and 1 tbs of peanut butter.
700~1/2 of a low carb monster drink
800-1000 aerobics and work out with pt and 15 min run on treadmill
1030~1 cup chicken kung po(leftover- homemade) NO RICE
1230~1 diet rock star drink
230~3 jumbo cold shrimp
300~100 cal pack wheat thins 2 tbs hummus
430~1 tbs peanut butter
500-700 spin class and kick box class after
715~ 1/2 cup red beans with 1 oz sausage NO RICE 1/2 cup salad greens 2 cherry tomatoes w/h balsamic vinergrette
96 oz of water and took my vits.

work has had me so busy that i've had virtually no intake. that sucks. i haven't figured out how to eat so early in the morning. it just makes me nauseated. and then once i'm at work there's no time!!!
here's a funny though. i went to my GYN yesterday for a yearly appt and have decided to get an IUD (I just don't trust that the pills will absorb fully and i want a sure-fire birth control method). he came in saying, "your urine is full of ketones." i laughed and once he said it out loud he realized that was just part of my shrinking down process. of course i came home and made fun of my husband who is an Adkins fool--he coudln't believe that you could be in ketosis while still eating carbs. (Mind you I don't eat lots of them..but i did have a baked potato day before yesterday and a 1/4 of a club sandwich..bread and all.) just funny that they harp on 'no no no' to carbs..but if you eat them in small amounts, it's okay.
i'm wanting to start an exercise program. i've gotta find my richard simmons tapes.

Hi Mary -- Which IUD did you choose. I have that Merinia and I LOVE IT. It was kind of painful getting put in but I have not had a period in almost 3 mos and have no cramping or any side effects. I had alot of problems when I was on the pill. I had periods that lasted up to 18 days and then would break for a week and start back over. Not really fun.
You gotta have carbs too so dont sweat eating them. You are doing great!
Merinia is the one I'm going with. I'm having to take some hormones to jump start so they can insert it. I'm frustrated with that part of it, but i've heard several ppl say that about having no period. i'd be fine with that too. I've always been sporatic, though, so no biggie. i'm just ready to be frivolous with hubby without having to worry.

hehe i figured that everybody has been real busy, i just have to give ya'll a hard time! Yesterday Donnie called me at 11 in the am i was on my way back to the gym for the second time, he said "dang woman, don't any of ya'll(the girls i workout with) have a job?" HUH NO! I don't have a life outside the gym and O.H.! THAT'S SAD! I guess i do have a family that i take care once in awhile! I need to get a life!!!!!! Oh well off the the gym talk to ya'll when i get home! HAHA
