It appears Adam caught wind of my frustrations and called me this morning. That's all I needed was a question answered and to know the status of my file and he was more than helpful with both. I'm glad he shows interest in our petty little gripes. He said they have sent the info to my insurance co. so I'll be bugging them now. I don't mind bugging them so much. Thanks ya'll!
