Thanks from the bear

I want to thank each and everyone of you for your support and emails and posts. They did more for me than you will ever know. I spent the day yesterday(sat) on the coast where my daughter is buried. I spent some time at her grave and then with my family there and some of my friends. It started off a bad day but did get better. I am feeling better today and hope to continue the upward swing again. I am looking foreward to the billboard shoot next month as well as to the new workout regimine I am startin on Monday. I hope by the time you all see me again I am in my 2's again. I want to send my love and prayers to each of you that are having any emotional,physical, or even mental probs and let you know I am praying for each of you. To all that posted I do say thank you again the post mean more to me than you will ever know. Love you all Barry
