Eating out blah

Hey joyce! Eating out is not like it was before surgery for me too. I usually get a to go box, cause I cant eat much of what I order, and they give you huge portions. It usually lasts me about 3 days. Before it would have lasted about 30 minutes!! I would have gobbled it all up! But thats a good thing that I cant eat much. My preop weight was 329 and my weight now is 256 so I am on my way! And so are you! Wow 61 pounds!! U go girl!! Hugs crystal

That's great about the weight loss Eating out is no fun, But hey I save money order something really small like a salad when you get on salads, I still have a lot of problems though hey everyone can testify i never post unless i have a problem. lisa
