Everything is ready for surgery

I had my last presurgery consutation and testing on Thursday. I am to be at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center at 5:00 am on April 13th. Keep me in you thoughts and prayers. Also remember Dr. Freeman and his staff. Love ya, Dyan
