won't take calls

I took ya'lls advise and called CMMC for Jeanie Stolk several days now and keep getting the run around. 2 weeks ago I called and left a message and she never returned my call. So this week I called and one day it was "She's out of her office right now may I take a message?" All day the same thing. I call today and the girls says "Is this a medical emergency?" When I said no she said "then I will need to take a message" So, I guess we pay them to be at their mercy. ALL of my paper work has been there for 2 week and still the insurance co hasn't received it. I'm not sure it's the insurance co that's so slow. I understand they are busy but they are never this slow in sending a bill. Do I sound angry? Kinda! Ok, I feel better now that I've blown off. I'll just sit back and wait but I'm not liking it

I wouldn't like it either!!!!! Can you talk to your insurance company and see if they can do anything????? Call the state insurance commisioner if you have too. Nobody can be out of the office that much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call your primary care doc and talk to his nurse, maybe she can call them and tell them to get on the stick, or find out what the problem is. DON"T GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not that mad....yet anyway. I'll wait another week or two checking with my insurance co. I can always get through to them and they are actually nice about it. I just have to remember who's in control and wait on HIS timing. GIG

I know how you feel about them. I called early this morning about something that my insurance company has requested as part of their "more information needed" thing. This happens to be a history and physical done by my bariatric surgeon. The lady at the front took all my info an said they'd call back. It's at the end of the business day and no one has called.

Click on the "peers" and then the state of MS, then on the "d" and look up Adam Dungey and email him and vent and he will help you out. It could be that Jeanie is on vacation or something. I know it seems like forever and ever, but part of this process seems to be God teaching you patience....He NEVER gives up on teaching you patience...trust me...God and I fight (well, I fight, anyhows) about this all the time....just why won't he teach me to be rich??????? smoochies Arlies
